In-tank Suction Filter

1. Introduction
Suction filter can be installed in the inlet of oil pump, to protect the oil pump and other hydraulic elements from being polluted, in that way, control the hydraulic system pollution effectively and adjust the cleanness.
Suction filter can be installed on the side part, on the top side or bottom side of oil tank.
The suction oil filter housing can be immersed in the oil tank. The oil liquid can not be discharged out when the filter element needs to be replaced or cleaned as the suction filter is equipped with bypass valve, clogging indicator and others.
Suction filter can be installed on the radiator parts of concrete agitating lorry, that used to maintain the oil tank cleanness, and effectively control the impurities and pollution.

Mounting As in-tank suction oil filter, inline oil filter
Temperature range - 10 ℃ ~ + 100 ℃
Pressure setting of clogging indicator ¡÷ Pa=0.2 bar~2 bar (others on request)
Cracking pressure of bypass valve ¡÷ Po=0.2 bar (others on request)
Seals NBR (=Perbunan)
3. Notes:

&©|61548; When using electrical clogging indicators, the electrical power supply to the system must be switched off before removing the clogging indicator connector.
4. Application
It can be used for mineral oils, lubrication oils, non-flam fluids, synthetic and rapidly biodegradable fluids.
